A 12-Week Personal Development Intensive for Women of Faith Who Want to Lead Well.
A 12-Week Personal Development Intensive for Women of Faith Who Want to Lead Well.
BE PART OF THE FOUNDING COHORT
God isn't done writing your story
You have dreams and goals. Maybe even a calling you can’t shake.
And somewhere along the way, you may have started wondering if it’s still possible.
Maybe life hasn’t gone exactly the way you expected. Maybe you’ve spent years showing up for everyone else. Or maybe you simply know there’s more for you, but you’re not quite sure what comes next.
You’re in the right place.
You haven’t missed your chance. You’re not too late. And you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.
You can grow in confidence. You can become more courageous. You can let go of some of the things that have been weighing you down and get excited about where you’re going again.
Because God isn’t finished with you yet.
Kingdom Confidence Method is a 12-week, faith-based personal development intensive designed to help you let go of what’s been holding you back, grow in confidence, and move forward with greater clarity and courage.
We’ll use my signature Three R Method:
It’s about becoming more aligned to your purpose and calling.
Kingdom Confidence Method is for the woman of faith who knows there’s more for her—and is ready to let go of what’s no longer working, grow in confidence, and get excited about what’s possible again.
Maybe you:
You don’t need another pep talk.
And you certainly don’t need to fake it until you make it.
Sometimes we simply need the opportunity to understand what’s been holding us back, let go of what isn’t working, and build something new in its place.
That’s what we’ll do together.
Sometimes moving forward begins by seeing things differently.
During RETHINK, we’ll explore the beliefs, values and experiences that have influenced the way you think, make decisions and see what’s possible for your life.
You’ll get clearer about what matters most to you, what you believe, what you want, and how you want to show up in your life and leadership.
This isn’t about questioning everything you’ve ever believed. It’s about becoming more intentional about what you want to carry forward.
You don’t have to take everything with you into what’s next.
This phase gives you the opportunity to recognize some of the things that may be making it harder to move forward:
People-pleasing.
Perfectionism.
Fear of what others think.
Comparison.
Procrastination.
Second-guessing yourself.
You’ll begin deciding what is still serving you—and what you’re ready to leave behind.
Imagine how much lighter moving forward could feel when you’re no longer carrying things you were never meant to carry forever.
Now it’s time to build what’s next.
This is where what you’ve discovered begins showing up in the way you live, decide, dream and lead.
You’ll develop the habits, confidence and consistency to follow through on what matters to you, make decisions with greater clarity, and take meaningful action—even when you don’t feel completely ready.
Imagine feeling lighter. Stronger. More confident in your decisions. Less concerned about what everyone else thinks. And genuinely excited about where you’re going.
This is where possibility begins to feel exciting again.
You’re not trying to become someone else.
You’re becoming more confident and courageous about being the woman God created you to be—and better equipped to lead what He’s entrusted to you.
Know who you are. Trust yourself. Lead yourself well. And develop the courage and discipline to lead what God has entrusted to you.
I’m not promising that you’ll never doubt yourself again.
I’m not promising that you’ll never doubt yourself again. Or never feel afraid. Or never procrastinate. Or never care what someone thinks.
Kingdom Confidence isn’t perfection.
Imagine feeling more confident about who you are and where you’re going.
You’re making decisions with greater clarity instead of second-guessing yourself.
You’re less concerned about what everyone else thinks and more grounded in what matters to you.
You’re following through on the things you’ve been wanting to do.
You’re taking action instead of waiting until you feel completely ready.
You feel lighter because you’ve let go of some of the things that have been weighing you down.
You’re excited about your goals again—and you have a clearer sense of how to move toward them.
You’re using your voice with greater confidence.
And whether you’re leading in your workplace, your business, your community, your ministry or your home, you’re showing up with greater confidence, clarity and courage.
Most of all, you’re excited about what’s ahead because you’ve spent a season in preparation.
That is Kingdom Confidence.

I know I’m capable of more. Why do I keep getting in my own way?
Why do I second-guess decisions I know I’m capable of making?
Why am I so worried about what everyone else thinks?
Why do I keep saying yes when I want to say no?
Why do I know what to do but struggle to actually do it?
Why do I keep breaking promises to myself?
Why am I praying about something I’m still afraid to act on?
I know who I am.
I know what I value.
I trust myself to make good decisions.
I keep more of the promises I make to myself.
I can say no without drowning in guilt.
I take action even when I don’t feel completely ready.
I can be uncomfortable without immediately backing down.
My habits increasingly agree with the life I say I want.
I lead myself according to my faith, values, priorities and calling.
Each week, we’ll work through the KCM methodology together.
This isn’t about watching another course and collecting information.
We’re doing the work.
Exercises, assessments, reflection questions, implementation tools and weekly commitments designed to move what you’re learning from your notebook into your life.
You’ll establish where you are when you begin and reassess at the end so you can actually see where you’ve grown.
Bring your real decisions, goals, boundaries, fears, conversations and leadership challenges into our coaching sessions.
You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll go through the experience alongside a small group of women committed to growing with you.
Kingdom Confidence Method is unapologetically faith-based.
Scripture, biblical principles, prayer and identity in Christ are woven throughout our work—not added as an afterthought.
PREPARE YOURSELF FOR WHERE GOD IS LEADING YOU
He returned to the field as a shepherd, Why? The Lord was preparing him for his next.
He knew he was anointed to be king and still hid in a cave because King Saul was pursuing him to kill him and he was scared.
God called him, "a man after God's Heart' because even though he sinned he repented and pursued God.
You may be hiding. You may have fallen. But the Lord says to trust His plans for you. He's not done and neither are you!
There are four things I want you to develop during our time together:
I know who I am.
My actions increasingly agree with what I say I believe.
I know where I’m going, and I’m willing to lead myself there.
The way I lead myself changes the way I lead others. You don’t have to have a corner office or a team of 50 to be a leader. You have a life to lead. And it starts with you.
I’m looking for 12 women.
Not 100.
Twelve.
Twelve women who know they are capable of more.
Twelve women willing to invest 3 months that can change their lives.
Twelve women willing to rethink what isn’t working, remove what is holding them back, and rebuild from a foundation of faith, identity, courage and self-trust.
KCM is a 12-Week Personal Development and Self-Leadership Intensive
Future Investment: $2,395
Because this is the first live cohort of the Kingdom Confidence Method, these first twelve women will receive the complete experience at the Founding Cohort investment of $1,997.
You’ll also have more direct access to me
Once these 12 Founding Cohort spots are filled, the $1,997 investment goes away.
I WANT TO BE ONE OF THE 12

I didn’t learn confidence and self-leadership from a textbook.
I learned it through building businesses, leading people, training teams in corporate training, navigating career transitions, starting over, making hard decisions and continuing to move forward when life didn’t go according to plan.
Over the years, through coaching women and training leaders, I began noticing the same pattern:
So many capable women were waiting for confidence before they gave themselves permission to lead.
But confidence doesn’t come first.
We build confidence when we learn who we are, challenge what has been holding us back, and begin taking action that gives us evidence we can trust ourselves.
That work became the foundation of the Kingdom Confidence Method.
And now I want to take twelve women through it with me.
You don't need another pep-talk or person telling you you're capable. You need help believing in yourself and how to walk that out in the real world.
*This picture is from one of my in-person events. I started these events to inspire and equip women to step into their calling - I see a common thread of self-doubt. It's time to let that go.
"I wholeheartedly recommend Sharon to any leader who is ready to break free from self-doubt and lead with authenticity. Her guidance has been truly life-changing for me, and I know she has the rare ability to help others unlock their full potential, just as she did for me. Working with Sharon is an investment in yourself that will pay dividends for years to come."
You can make another plan.
Set another goal.
Buy another book.
Tell yourself you’ll start when life settles down.
Not perfectly.
Not fearlessly.
But faithfully.
With greater identity.
Greater self-trust.
Greater discipline.
Greater courage.
And greater alignment between the woman you say you want to become and the woman you’re practicing being every day.
And that’s exactly why you’re frustrated.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW...
Q: Do I need to currently lead a team?
A. No, you may be an executive, manager, entrepreneur, ministry leader, professional, creator, or woman preparing for your next season.KCM begins with a different kind of leadership: Self-leadership through personal development.
Q: Is this a confidence program?
A. Confidence is absolutely part of the transformation, but KCM goes further. We’ll work on identity, self-trust, boundaries, decision-making, discipline, courage, habits, communication and the ability to follow through. The goal isn’t simply to feel more confident. It’s to live differently.
Q: Is this only for Christians?
A: Kingdom Confidence Method is intentionally built from a Christian worldview. Scripture, prayer, biblical principles and identity in Christ will be integrated throughout the experience.
You don’t need to have everything figured out spiritually, but you should be comfortable participating in a program where faith is part of the conversation.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: At checkout, you will be prompted to agree to your financial commitment. I have your back to help you succeed – don’t quit on yourself!
No refunds are given. When you join you are expected to honor your commitment.
Q: What happens if I miss a live session?
A: Sessions will be recorded so you can catch up (you will have access to the content for at least one year).
