MEET SHARON
I know what it's like to rebuild from the inside out.
Hi, I’m Sharon Hughes — A Christian Coach, speaker, podcaster, and award-winning author.
My early life taught me how to survive. I experienced circumstances that could have easily defined the rest of my life.
And while I accomplished many things, I eventually realized there was a difference between knowing how to survive and knowing what I was worth.
That realization changed the direction of my life — and ultimately became the work I do today.
Maybe your story looks nothing like mine.
But you know what it’s like to question yourself.
To second-guess a decision you were confident about five minutes ago.
To wonder what people think of you. To know what you’re supposed to believe about yourself while struggling to actually believe it.
You can love Jesus and still struggle with your confidence.
You can know what Scripture says about who you are and still have a hard time believing it for you.
That’s the space I’m interested in.
Not teaching you how to look more confident. Helping you become grounded in who you already are and drawing out your uniqueness so you truly thrive and love your life.
I believe confidence is about a whole lot more than looking like you have it all together.
I call BS on fake it until you make it, that’s simply not sustainable and causes anxiety.

Leading, Teaching + Learning.
Over the years, I built a business, led teams, worked in corporate and nonprofit leadership, trained leaders and employees, hosted events, wrote award-winning books, and spent years speaking and teaching in rooms large and small.
My life hasn’t followed a perfectly straight line — and I’m grateful it hasn’t.
Every chapter has taught me something about people, leadership, resilience, faith, and what it means to become the woman God created you to be.
Today, I bring all of it to my work with women who are ready to stop shrinking, second-guessing themselves, performing for approval, and looking outside themselves for permission.
You don't need to become someone else.
You may simply need to remember who you are. To rethink what you’ve believed and remove what no longer belongs.
Rebuild your confidence on something stronger than achievement, approval, circumstances, or someone else’s opinion.
Truth.
Because when you know who you are — and begin living like you believe it — the way you speak, decide, lead, and walk into a room begins to change.
Not because you’ve learned how to look more confident. Because you’ve become grounded in who you are.
And that’s the work I’m here to help you do.
— Sharon
